Happier Outside Company was founded on the idea that the outdoor lifestyle isn't just about the summit; it’s about the community we build and the things we create along the way.

What is the return policy?
We have a 30 day return policy - if you are having issues with a product you have purchased or received as a gift please reach out to us directly at hello@happieroutsideco.com and Lindsey will help you out.
Where are you located?
Happier Outside Company is based in North East Ohio but we ship all through the US currently.
Is there anywhere I can purchase your items in person?
We host a few handmade markets every summer but also attend a lot of other pop-ups and vendor markets depending on the season. The best place to get updates on where we'll be is on our Facebook or Instagram page.
Are your items made by you, or someone else?
We purchase blank items, or in some cases make our own and then we apply our designs to those items. Flannels are thrifted for example, and we make, print and sew the patches on ourselves in our home studio. As we grow, we will start outsourcing our printing but we prioritize working with vendors based locally or at least in the U.S.
When will I get my order?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days (standard shipping within the U.S.).
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $99.
